Why we built Postsale

The post-purchase experience was broken. Merchants were juggling fragmented tools for shipping, tracking, and customer communication, and losing customers in the gaps.

Everything between checkout and delivery was scattered across systems. Automation rules broke. Tracking was inconsistent. Support tickets went unanswered. The moments that mattered most for building customer trust were the ones getting the least attention.

Growing merchants felt it most. The more they shipped, the more their customers felt it: inconsistent tracking, generic emails, unresolved claims. Volume was supposed to be a reward. Instead, it was eroding the relationships they’d worked to build.

We asked a simple question: What if the post-purchase experience was designed with the same care as the storefront? That question became Postsale: a single platform where labels, notifications, and customer touchpoints work together instead of apart. Our mission is to give every merchant the same post-purchase experience that the largest retailers have, without the enterprise budget.

And we made a deliberate choice about how to build it. Postsale isn’t backed by private equity, owned by a marketplace, or subsidized by a carrier. We answer to the merchants who use us. We built Postsale for people who expect more from their shipping platform.
