Yes. Postsale provides discounted USPS commercial rates through USPS Connect eCommerce with no volume minimums. You connect your own USPS Business account and Postsale applies the commercial pricing automatically. Discounted USPS rates are available on every plan.

How does pricing work? Are there per-label software fees?

Postsale charges a flat monthly subscription. Plans range from $9.99/mo (200 shipments) to $169.99/mo (unlimited shipments). There are no per-label software fees, and there are no overage fees if you exceed your tier mid-month. You only pay carrier postage for the labels you actually create.

Can I print batch labels?

Yes. Select multiple orders in the orders grid and Postsale generates the labels in a batch instead of one at a time. Output to a 4x6 thermal printer or save as PDF for a laser printer. Bulk status updates close the loop with the storefront automatically.

Does Postsale support shipping automation rules?

Yes. Default automation rules ship on every plan. Custom automation rules are available on Expand and above. Rules are context-aware: a single rule can consider order value, destination zone, package weight and dimensions, carrier availability, and delivery speed at once. Cheapest-rate selection and automatic USPS cubic pricing are common rule patterns.

Can I send branded tracking emails to customers?

Yes. Branded tracking emails, invoices, and packing slips are included on every plan. Default templates carry your brand. Custom template editing is available on Expand and above. Custom From email addresses are available on Thrive and above.

What carriers does Postsale support?

Accepted Answer

USPS, UPS, and FedEx. USPS uses Postsale's discounted commercial rates through USPS Connect eCommerce. UPS and FedEx use your own carrier accounts and your own negotiated rates. International shipping is supported on every plan with automatic customs forms and commercial invoices.

How long is the free trial?

The free trial is 14 days. Cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no annual contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.

Can I import orders from my online store?

Yes. Postsale auto-imports orders from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Square, Miva, and eBay storefronts. CSV import is available on every plan. Webhook (JSON order import) is available on the Soar plan.
