How much does Postsale cost a month?
Five plans from $9.99 to $169.99 a month, based on how many shipments you send. Launch is $9.99 a month for up to 200 shipments. There are no per-label software fees and no overage fees. If you ship more than your plan includes, we’ll ask you to move up. Postage is separate.
Do I pay a fee for every label?
No. Your plan is one monthly price. Each label costs only its postage, at your discounted USPS rates or your own FedEx and UPS rates.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts without a card and runs on Soar, our top plan, so every feature is on. When it ends, you pick the plan that fits how much you ship and add a card then.
Can I switch from another shipping app?
Yes. Connect Amazon, BigCommerce, eBay, Miva, Shopify, Square and WooCommerce and your orders come in on their own. Connect your own FedEx and UPS accounts to keep your negotiated rates, and print USPS labels with the built-in option or your own account. Orders from anywhere else come in from a CSV file. A real person helps you set up and replies the same business day, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. Connect your Shopify store and orders come in on their own, and tracking goes back to Shopify when you create the label. Postsale also works with Amazon, BigCommerce, eBay, Miva, Square and WooCommerce.
Can I use Postsale without an online store?
Yes. Every account comes with a Manual Orders store, so you can type in an order, like a phone order or a one-off business shipment, and ship it the same way. You can also upload orders from a spreadsheet, or make a label from an address in an email or message with Postsale Anywhere.
Do I need my own USPS account?
No. Print discounted USPS labels right away with Postsale’s built-in USPS option, or connect your own USPS account. FedEx and UPS use your own accounts and negotiated rates.
Can I print on the printer I have?
Yes, on a 4×6 thermal label printer or the inkjet or laser printer you already have.
Will a real person help me?

Can I ship from my own tools or an AI assistant?
Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT on every plan, and it searches your orders, compares rates and creates labels when you ask. Postsale Anywhere, the desktop app and Chrome extension, makes labels for orders that arrive in an email, a message or a spreadsheet, on every plan. Developers can connect their own systems with the API and webhooks on the Soar plan.
