Questions from Etsy sellers.
Does Postsale connect to my Etsy shop?
Not directly, and there’s nothing to set up. Postsale Anywhere reads the order from the Etsy page you have open: the ship-to name, address and items. You buy the label in Postsale, then paste the tracking number into the order in Etsy.
Does the tracking number go back to Etsy?
Not on its own. After you make the label, copy the tracking number in Postsale Anywhere and paste it into the order in Etsy when you mark it shipped. Etsy then tells your buyer the order is on its way.
Will Postsale email my Etsy buyer too?
Only if you set that up. Postsale emails a customer when an automation you built says to, and only if the order has their email address. For Etsy orders, Etsy’s own shipped email is usually enough.
Can Postsale bring in all my Etsy orders at once?
No. Postsale Anywhere works from the order you have open, so Etsy orders go through one at a time. Orders from eBay, Shopify and the other stores Postsale connects to come in on their own.
