Setup

Set up WooCommerce in three steps.

  1. Step 1

    Connect Your WooCommerce Store

    Enter your store URL in Postsale and sign in to WooCommerce to approve the connection. There are no keys to create.

  2. Step 2

    Import Your Orders

    When you connect, choose how many days back to bring in, from the past day up to 7 days. New orders come in on their own after that.

  3. Step 3

    Ship and Send Tracking Back

    Print labels in Postsale and the tracking, carrier and service go back to WooCommerce, with the order marked Complete.

Do I need to create keys in WooCommerce?

No. You sign in to WooCommerce and approve the connection, and Postsale handles the rest.

Are draft orders imported?

No. Postsale only brings in orders that are ready to ship. Draft orders stay in WooCommerce.

What status does the order get in WooCommerce after shipping?

Postsale marks the order Complete in WooCommerce when you create the label.

Can I use WooCommerce with any Postsale plan?

Yes. The WooCommerce connection is on every Postsale plan, including the free trial.

How far back does the initial order import go?
