Setup
Set up CSV Import in three steps.
Step 1
Upload Your File
Click Import on the orders page and upload your CSV file, with the column headings your system already uses.
Step 2
Check the Matches
Postsale matches the columns for you and shows each match. Change any you like. Your matches are saved with the CSV store you name for this file in Postsale. Your next file from the same place imports without matching the columns again.
Step 3
Import
Click Import Orders and the orders are created ready to ship, with any carrier, service and package type you set in the file.

What format should my CSV be in?
Standard CSV with column headings in the first row. Carrier, service and package type values should be lowercase. Weights and dimensions should be decimal numbers.
Can I pre-assign carriers and services in the CSV?
Yes. Include carrier, service and package type columns in your CSV file. Your orders come in with those settings already set.
Is there a limit on how many orders I can import?
You can import hundreds of orders in a single file.
