Setup
Set up Printers in three steps.
Step 1
Choose Your Label Template
Go to Settings > Account Settings > Printing. Select the template that matches your printer: 4x6 thermal, 8.5x11 sheet or 2x1.5 roll labels.
Step 2
Set Up Your Printer
Make sure your printer is connected and set up on your computer. Postsale uses your browser's print dialog, so any printer your computer can print to works.
Step 3
Print Labels
Select orders, create labels and print. You can also have Postsale include a packing slip or invoice with every shipment.

What printers are supported?
Any printer your computer can print to. This includes 4x6 thermal printers (Zebra, DYMO, Rollo), roll label printers and standard inkjet or laser printers.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Postsale prints through your browser's print dialog. We recommend Chrome.
Can I print labels and packing slips together?
Yes. Select the 'Label with Packing Slip 8.5x11' template to print both on a single sheet. Or configure auto-include to print a separate packing slip with every label.
What label sizes are available?
4x6 (tall or wide), 2x1.5 (for letter/flat postage) and 8.5x11 (label with packing slip on one sheet).
What is Auto Print?
Auto Print is a switch in the Dock toolbar that opens the print dialog as soon as you create a label, so labels go to your printer without an extra click. The setting is saved in your browser, so it stays on between visits.
