Get started with USB Scales
Connect your USB scale
Plug your USB scale into your computer. The scale must support HID (Human Interface Device). Most postage scales do.
Click the scale icon
In the Dock's Package section, click the scale icon next to the weight field. Your browser will prompt you to select the connected HID device.
Import the weight
Place your package on the scale. The weight displays in real time. Click the scale button to import it into the shipment.
