Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a smart move for any Postsale user. With 2FA enabled, even if someone gets your password, they won’t be able to access your account without a second layer of verification. It's a simple step that can help protect your sensitive customer and order data.

Before We Begin

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring you to enter your password to log in, like always, and then asking you to enter a code generated by an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Microsoft Authenticator. The good news is that you can use any authenticator app that you may already be using.
