Sometimes you may need to update the information associated with your Amazon Shipping account in Postsale.

In this article, we will look at how to:

  • Update your Amazon Shipping account Nickname.
  • Reconnect your Amazon account to Postsale.
  • Edit the Origin Address associated with your account.

Before We Begin

This article assumes that you have at least one Amazon Shipping account added to Postsale.

Edit Your Amazon Shipping Account

  1. Go to Settings.

    The Settings icon is shown.

  2. Select Carrier Settings.

    Carrier Settings is highlighted in the settings menu for Fern & Field Goods.

  1. Select Amazon Shipping.

    The Amazon Shipping link is outlined in the side menu.

  2. Select the Amazon Shipping account. Then click Edit.

    The Account Details pop-up opens.

    The Amazon Shipping account is selected and the Edit button is being clicked.

  3. Click Edit to update the Nickname for the account.

    The Edit button and the Nickname box are outlined on the Amazon Shipping pop-up..

  4. Click Sign In to Amazon Shipping to reconnect Postsale to your Amazon Shipping account.

    The status of the connection is displayed for you in the Connection section.

    The Sign In to Amazon Shipping button is outlined on the Carrier Settings page.

  5. Select Edit Origin Address to update the address for this account.

    The Origin Address is used as the Ship From Address when shipping with this account.

    The Edit Origin Address button is outlined on the Carrier Settings page.

  6. Click Done to save your changes.

    The Done button is outlined on the Carrier Settings page.
