Order import and routing

Postsale auto-imports orders from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Square, Miva, and eBay as they come in. CSV import is available on every plan for marketplaces and one-off batches. Orders land in a single grid with addresses, line items, and weights already parsed. Routing rules sort what ships today and what needs review, so the team starts the day with a clean queue instead of five browser tabs.

Pick and pack workflow

Select multiple orders and Postsale prepares the batch together: pick lists for the warehouse, packing slips printed in order, and labels queued to print in the same pass. Slips carry your brand, not the platform's. Status updates close the loop with the storefront in bulk, so customers see the order move from processing to fulfilled without anyone clicking through them one at a time.

Multi-carrier label printing

Print USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels from one screen. USPS uses Postsale's discounted commercial rates through USPS Connect eCommerce. UPS and FedEx use your own carrier accounts and your own negotiated rates. Every shipment shows live rates side by side, so you can pick the most economical, the fastest, or let an automation rule choose. Output to a 4x6 thermal printer or save as PDF for a laser.

Tracking and customer comms

As soon as a label prints, the tracking number pushes back to the storefront and a branded tracking email goes to the customer. Default templates ship on every plan with your logo and colors. Custom template editing is available on Expand and above. Custom From email addresses are available on Thrive and above. On Soar and above, signed webhook subscriptions push label, tracking, and order events to your own systems in real time, so warehouses, ERPs, and 3PLs stay in sync without polling. Customers stop emailing you for a status update because the status is already in their inbox.

Returns management

Generate return labels from the same dashboard that prints outbound. Pay-on-use means you only pay when the label is actually scanned into the carrier network, so unclaimed return labels never hit your bill. Refunds and restocking happen against the original order, with the return tracking visible alongside the outbound shipment. The returns flow lives next to fulfillment, not in a separate tool.
