Emails
The Order Shipped Notification Email template lets customers know their order is on the way. It includes the order number and date, carrier service, a clickable tracking number, shipping address, and the ordered items, so customers can quickly review shipment details and track delivery progress.

The Delivery Exception Email template alerts customers when a carrier reports a delivery issue. It clearly explains the delay, provides a tracking link and the carrier's reported exception, and asks customers to review their delivery address so they can respond quickly if a correction is needed.

The Order Delivered Notification template confirms when a carrier marks an order as delivered. It includes the order number, delivery date, tracking link, and item summary, plus clear next steps for customers who cannot locate their package.

The Return Label Email template sends customers their return label with simple, step-by-step instructions for packing and handing off their package. It also includes an item summary so customers can confirm what they are returning.

Invoices
A commercial invoice is an international shipping document that lists the goods in a shipment and their declared value, helping customs assess duties and clear the shipment for import. This template organizes the shipper and recipient details, carrier and service information, item descriptions, HS codes, country of origin, quantities, values, and shipment totals in a clear, customs-ready format. It also includes a declaration and signature area for the shipper.

Reports
The Order Summary report provides a print-ready overview of the orders you select in the Orders Grid. Use it to review a group of orders at a glance, confirm fulfillment progress, or share a concise order record with your team.
The report includes a summary of the total number of orders, units, and order value. Each selected order appears in a detailed table with its order number, order date, recipient, item count, unit count, shipment status, and value. A totals row at the end summarizes the selected orders, including the number shipped.

The Pick List report groups the items from your selected orders into a single, organized list for fulfillment. Use it to help your team collect and verify items before packing.
For each item, the report shows the SKU, item name, total quantity needed, and the order numbers that include that item. This makes it easy to see which orders each item belongs to while picking multiple orders at once. The report also includes totals for the number of selected orders and units.

The Returns report provides an overview of return labels for your selected orders. Use it to monitor return activity and quickly identify labels that have not yet been used.
For each return, the report shows the order number, customer name and location, return tracking number, current return status, and most recent carrier scan. Summary totals show how many return labels were created and how many parcels are back with you.

The Shipping Cost Summary report provides an at-a-glance breakdown of shipping activity and costs for your selected orders. Use it to review the number of shipments and labels created, total shipping spend, and average cost per shipment.
The report organizes results by carrier and service, showing the number of shipments and packages, total cost, and average cost for each. A totals row summarizes the overall shipping activity and spend for the selected orders.

The Shipping Log report provides a detailed record of the labels created. Use it to review shipment activity, verify shipping costs, and reference tracking information.
Each shipment appears as a separate row with the order number, recipient, shipping service, tracking number, package count, and label cost. Summary totals at the top and bottom of the report show the total number of shipments and packages, as well as the total amount spent on shipping labels.
