Discounted shipping labels FAQ.
How much do labels cost?
Each label costs only its postage. USPS labels use discounted Commercial rates, and FedEx and UPS use your own negotiated rates. The software is one monthly plan from $9.99, with no per-label software fees.
What are discounted USPS rates?
USPS Commercial pricing, which is lower than Post Office prices for Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Postsale’s built-in USPS option has it from your first label, and so does your own USPS account.
Do FedEx and UPS get a discount from Postsale?
No. FedEx and UPS use your own accounts and your negotiated rates. Postsale shows them beside USPS so you can pick.
Does Postsale use cubic pricing?
Yes. Priority Mail boxes up to 0.5 cubic feet and Ground Advantage boxes up to 1 cubic foot can get cubic pricing, at 20 lbs or less with a longest side of 22" or less. Postsale uses the cubic rate when it’s lower.
Can I cover a package?
Yes. Shipsurance is built in on every plan, at $0.75 per $100 of value domestic and $1.25 per $100 international, up to 78% less than carrier declared value. You pay only for the shipments you cover.
Who is Postsale built for?
Sellers who ship their own orders and want one list for every store, labels in batches across FedEx, UPS and USPS, and, when the selling channel allows it, tracking emails in their store’s name. Plans start at $9.99 a month for up to 200 shipments.
Do I need my own USPS account?
No. Print discounted USPS labels right away with Postsale’s built-in USPS option, or connect your own USPS account if you have one. FedEx and UPS use your own accounts and negotiated rates.
Does it cost anything to try?
