Returns are a normal part of doing business. Whether an item is damaged in transit, wasn't what your customer expected, or the incorrect item was sent it is important to be able to make the return process as easy for your customers as possible.
Postsale provides you with several options for creating return labels:
- Create a return label upon request
- Create a return label when a shipping label is created
- Automatically create a return label for every shipment
In addition, you have the options to:
- Use the same carrier and service for the return label
- Use a different carrier and/or service for the return label
- Use the same or different packaging for the return label
You will not be charged by the shipping carrier for return labels until they are used and the package is in transit.
